I've been moving to Gram recently (a no-AI hard Zed fork), and it's honestly pretty good 😀 It's reactive, and the Vim mode is good enough for my fingers not to feel lost.
If you're looking for alternatives to Neovim (as I was), this one should be on your radar.
Ah shit, Gram does not appear to run on my X230 🫠(probably due to the old-ass GPU)
Of course I realize this right before a 7-hour train ride
